Ahmedabad, 9th September, 2017 – Softweb Solutions was invited by the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) as well as the Gujarat Innovation Society (GIS) for a talk on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The topic of discussion was in accordance to GCCI’s vision “Grow Business, Transform Gujarat.” The event was held on the 6th of September, 2017 at GCCI.
The panel consisted of Shri Shailesh Patwari, President of GCCI, Mr. Sunil Shah, Chairman of GIS and Jatin Trivedi, Chairman of FICCI GSC. Mr. Ripal Vyas, President of Softweb Solutions was welcomed by the committee to deliver his presentation on the potential of technology for Indian manufacturers.
The audience was shown the impact of technology on manufacturing around the world and where India needs to focus their efforts to boost one of the most crucial sectors that contribute to the growth of the nation. There were examples and use cases highlighting the strides in manufacturing due to technologies like the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality.
