Have a look at the customized Customer profile in Salesforce Financial Cloud.

It displays all known information about a particular customer.

You can find important fields in highlight panel. There are quick actions like edit lead, create case or make a note, etc.

Details - Access all fields of this lead.
Activity - It will have details of activities like "Log A Call". "Email" etc.
Chatter - You can communicate with your Colleagues.
News - You can access news related to this lead.

Check the lead score and determine the actions you want to perform for the lead. You can send follow-up email directly from the Salesforce interface.

“Convert” action to convert lead into Account, Contact and Opportunity.

You can decide whether you want to convert the lead in new or existing account, contact or opportunity (optional) for lead conversion.

When your lead is converted, you can view all the records generated from the lead such as account, contact and opportunity details.

You can view important fields in highlighted panel and can have access of key fields and guidelines for guided setup of sales path.

When an opportunity is qualified the probability will be automatically updated based on the sales path set by administrator.

On Proposal/Price Quote stage, the opportunity will have quote and product details proposed to customer.

On Negotiation/Review, you can add negotiation details like discounts that you want to offer to the customer. Also, you can setup approval based on discount entered.

You can close your opportunity directly from sales path.

You can select the opportunity is Closed-Won or Lost from this list.
