Business Situation:
The client required a sophisticated and highly functional Internet solution that would allow Communication, Sharing of information, Active Collaboration between teams, and Monitoring that also integrated with their comprehensive, internal financial software platform.
The project groups would need to share controlled documents and files, track, manage and assign files from a central repository to assign tasks & view task progression using a project centric calendar.
This was a time intensive project covering more than 20 processes and called for a very systematic approach to reverse engineering like Backup, Bug Fix, Enhancement, Deployment and Document as well as the supports Document.

Softweb Solutions was able to reverse engineer an IT solution that provided complete control over all functions of their website and allow clients to login to individual portfolios for advanced reporting and analyses of performance and monitoring of projects.
We trained our Development team for the base technology involved, set up a schedule and achieved the desired result within a defined timeframe. Since few of the tasks were fixes and few of them were new Development, we tried balancing the work. We also documented the smooth migration from old code to new code as well as the new process that we implemented.
