Enterprise iPad App for Nation's largest BPO





Business Situation:

BPO is a strategy many companies are seeking to adopt to achieve new heights. And to offer them the expected solutions, our client desired to develop an iPad application covering the business intelligence for their customers’ data. They were looking for an application which can be mainly useful to their company executives to start with and then gradually to the employees and then the clients.

The application should provide high level analysis of all client projects that the executive is incharge of. They wanted an application that would provide various performance charts, statistical information and alert notifications to the executive users providing actionable business intelligence.

Business Solution:

We decided to develop a scalable and expandable application that can support other users as well in the future in later phases of development. After a thorough analysis, we delivered an iPad application to the client that can help them offer the best Contact Management Solutions for their clients.

The application supports the executives of the company to have analysis of their projects which enable them to understand the clients’ requirements best and deliver satisfactory solutions.

The application is easy to use where just after logging in; the user is landed to the dashboard with his list of projects in a carousel fashion. This screen shows the projects, client names and other details in alphabetical order. Also, the filter option enables company users to browse through clients and project information. There is a section for the logged in user that displays a list of all his/her clients. The client can filter the projects via customers’ or projects’ names.

In all, we built a comprehensive application that helps the client manage their contact management job easily using their iPad.
