Florida based Real Estate company selects Softweb Solutions to develop an online business application
Chicago, Illinois – Softweb Solutions, a global outsourced software and IT services company, announced that a Florida based leading real estate company; has selected Softweb Solutions to develop a Data Management System for them.
This database system will contain all the details about the buildings in Florida. The building’s profile displays about hundreds of properties imported from excel like name of building, full address, market, building type, size, area, etc. Softweb Solutions will develop the system using Framework 2.0 and MSSQL 2005. With this new system, the company can then simplify project management and measure performance across the different business units to enhance ongoing processes.

Also from the site a user can export the data of selected building’s profiles in an excel sheet. The system also has Google map integration that allows the user to easily find the buildings on map. The application also has a file management system, history tracking system and an image gallery that contains pictures and images of the buildings.
There is also a login facility for property managers so that they can provide information about their properties and also regularly update this information.
