The application needed to have plenty of features which help the organization in managing all the important data and events in the best possible way.

• The client wanted a comprehensive tool by which PAWS can manage and update the information related to history of the animal, its medical data, required treatment, behavioral history etc smoothly. We needed to create an application for PAWS people to work with ease and get rid of manual and tiresome activities.
• Another concern for getting the application developed was to manage the information of people related to PAWS like employees, volunteers, fosters and adopters. And so we required developing an application which can facilitate PAWS to maintain all the information not manually but automatically and easily.
• There was a FileMaker application which needed to be converted into .NET for better functionality. It has compelled our developers to make vigorous efforts for this as there were many features in it, which was not readily available in .NET environment.
• It was one of the main purposes of the client to manage the schedule of medical events through this application. And an extensive scheduling was required for managing the Medical Events pertaining to animals.

With unremitting efforts and up to date technologies, Softweb has developed a Web Application that makes it easier for PAWS to manage its information pertaining to animals; which was a challenging task earlier. Not only this, the application also offers the features that enable the users to maintain details related to volunteers, their assignments and fosters that can be utilized whenever it is required.

For covering all the features of FileMaker in the newly developed application, we used RAD Control. Using it, we?ve built some of the features similar to FileMaker and modified the design and flow of the information to make it suitable for .NET.

For perfect Medical event management, we used specialized algorithms and logics that would provide exact functionality the client was looking for. It has become easier now to manage the Medical Events and sub events. This has also offered a paradigm calendar schedule that can be useful for managing all the medical events with utmost efficiency.

Softweb Solutions has developed an application which will help the PAWS people to manage their day to day routine tasks whether mundane or significant. The application covers all the information of the PAWS animals starting from their intake at PAWS to their medical examination and their adoption. This application will be useful to their staff, volunteers and all other people who are related to PAWS for handling the activities in more managed way. The application also contains the data of the people who are connected to these activities.
