The client wanted us to build a powerful portal that could be used to create and publish call sheets for film, television, commercials, and music videos. He wanted a flow that would enable the production company to create a call sheet using any of the easy-to-use templates and publish call sheets utilizing email, text and phone messaging. Also, the client requested a function that would allow him to become informed when any of the recipients read the call sheet via mail text and phone messaging. It needed to be a complete portal where he could create the call sheets, publish, and verify them. This portal would make it very easy for the film maker to keep track of the crew's working hours and, therefore, the billing information.

In short, we needed to deliver a comprehensive portal with features that would efficiently manage the work of film makers, photographers, and crew members.
