BACKGROUND

With the increased importance of marketing via different types of media, the industry for electric / electronics signs has asked for better management and easy means in the processes. The client, one of the most reputed sign companies realized the need to have an online sign design shop with various types of functions to sell online. For this, they were looking for an expert who can help them developing a swanky and peppy online sign design shop. They needed an online shop which increases their reach to the target audience and also helps them provide their clients with the best solutions.

 
CHALLENGE:

The portal needed to be a comprehensive platform which highlights a list of products, templates, graphics, and other product related information too. This would be a platform where the Sign Coop admin could upload the images of different kind of offerings along with essential details which would be displayed on home page of the website.

The main requirement of the client was to have a facility of image customization. Using this platform, users would be able to customize their own files by uploading them to the application and get them proofread online from SignCoop’s graphic staff. We were expected to engineer a totally automatic, yet, highly interactive platform though which users can even have the option to easily design banners.

SOLUTIONS:

We developed a truly functional online store in which the products are listed online in a way that gives maximum opportunity to SignCoop to showcase their wide range of products.

The system has dynamic admin modules through which the users can maintain the orders, products shipping details, credit line application, inventory management & all other necessary transactions. We developed a portal using which all the departments of an organization can coordinate with each other easily and manage the orders smoothly. Also, the SignCoop admin would have full ability to edit the product information, once it has been successfully uploaded through back end modules. We developed the most coveted function of image customization which enables the customers to edit their images and upload one of their choices.


RESULTS:

1)We delivered an online sign shop with multiple e-commerce compatibilities, online customization panel and dynamic back end that helps client run the business effectively.
2)Now, the customers can customize their images and can upload them after editing, as per choice and thus, can get the desired solutions.
3)Our portal made the job of managing orders easy and fast for sales, graphics, web, productions and shipping staff.
4)In all, with the new online sign design shop, client’s method of product display has enhanced and the market opportunity to showcase their products has increased.
