BACKGROUND

The client Dyson is one of the most creative companies who design, research and develop various types of technological gadgets.  One third of the people at Dyson are engineers and scientists. Their expertise in fluid, mechanical, electrical, EMC, thermal, chemical, acoustic and software engineering allows them to design new technologies from the bladeless Air Multiplier™ fan to the Airblade™ hand dryer. The client was looking for an IT consultant who can develop an application for them for their surveys.

CHALLENGE:

For their requirements, the client selected Softweb Solutions to get an iPad application developed. We, having a team of expert developers created a survey application with user friendly survey pages, controls and operations.


SOLUTIONS:

We delivered an application which can have various pages for different products’ surveys. And all the pages can have information about the event name, dates, and others. This enables the company representatives to note about the overall experience of the users and viewers of their products.


RESULTS:

1) The client can now easily know about the response of their products making them more effective.
2)With this survey application, the client can have detailed information of all the users which can be used again in future while launching any new product.
3)Survey data was stored locally on the device and then synchronized with the database for further analysis.
