BACKGROUND

HDM Inc. (Healthcare Data Management) is an independent provider of health benefits auditing and expense management reporting solutions for the self-insured employer. With its proven auditing solutions, cutting-edge data mining and industry-celebrated benchmarks; the company provides immediate and long-term savings to many of America's leading employer groups. The client desired his website to be redeveloped and redesigned using Joomla CMS which enable them to keep hold of its content. The client wanted the website to be redesigned in a way that shows the superiority of the company in the field of employee health benefits plan analytics. The major concern was to fetch maximum leads from the company's website. And so he was yearning for a Search Engine Friendly website.

CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge was to come up with the redesigned and redeveloped website in limited time. The client wanted the website to be search-engine and user friendly which poses minimal or no hindrance in Search Engine indexing.

While redeveloping the site we came across a problem which needed to be resolved at any cost; where the Site Search results were inaccurate. And so we had to find its solution.

Moreover, the client wanted a thank you message and the link to download the PDFs to be displayed on the same page once the visitor fills up the form. But it had created a dilemma as people filling wrong email id were also able to download the PDF and the main purpose of catching the contact information of the visitors could not be served.


SOLUTIONS:

Softweb has redeveloped the website in a way that not only looks attractive but also generates maximum leads from internet. It is thoroughly search engine friendly that makes search engine indexing more feasible.

For resolving the problem of Site Search results, we have modified whole search module and made it work properly. Moreover, we developed a system where now the download link automatically goes to email id mentioned by the visitor and client can get the contact details. The project asked for spirited work to complete the redevelopment of the website resolving all the challenges.
