Steps Involved in our Process:

Non disclosure and confidentiality Agreement: Quite often the single and foremost step is to sign an agreement that protects the IPR, and confidentiality.

Establishing a Single Point of contact: We establish a single point of contact at onsite and offshore for all problem resolution, technical issues, scope change and version control of software and documentation. Client manager is identified for all sign offs and cross communication.

Right Tools and Technologies: An agreement on the management tools, platforms, technologies to be used for the project is made. We either upgrade our systems or create an environment that replicates the client IT so that offshore and onsite teams are in perfect sync.

Onsite / Offshore Team Timings: We ensure that the development team and the onshore team have overlapped work timings for day-to-day communications. These timings apply to all members of the team, so that communication is fast and efficient. . This is especially critical during the initial stages of a project and also when there are both offshore and onshore teams working on a single project.

Onsite / Offshore Communication: The use of GotoMeeting between team members and analysts is a necessity. Substantial productivity increases can be achieved by the effective use of video conferencing, instant messaging and other on-line collaboration tools.

Project Methodology: Methodologies that will be used for the entire development life cycle is agreed upon during project initialization. We use the traditional or custom project methodology that is most suitable for that particular development

If the scope and the requirements are clear then we go for fixed price and time model else we adopt T&M. Also we work with hybrid model wherein we take it up on part T&M and rest on a fixed bid.
